Karibu (welcome) to TAMU Grill and Catering, where we take pride in bringing the flavors of Kenya to Minnesota. We are a family-run restaurant specializing in tilapia fish. We occupy the former Viking Bar, a century-old iconic brick building remembered for its live music. We invite you to visit and savor our food while experiencing a piece of Minnesota's history.

We bring the taste of Kenya to Minnesota. You probably know Kenya for its spectacular wildlife safaris and record-breaking marathon runners. We would like to introduce you to the cuisine of Kenya-a blend of African, Indian, and Middle Eastern flavors weaved together with Chef Jojo's in-house blend of spices. Our main specialty is tilapia fish but the beef and coconut-curry kidney beans follow closely. The mouth-watering beef and vegan samosas are the customer's favorite starters.
